I have read the thing on how to change it but its like the url box to put it the url at the thing is stuck and wont let me type or delete that current URL
so can anyone help me?

When options opens up, under home page click on the little button next to the URL that says "Open this page". That should allow you to change the url.

Alright try this...
In the "basics" tab of the "options" menu, at the top where it says "On Start Up", click on the button that says "open up the following pages", then enter your URL and restart chrome.

That's the only other fix. Hope it helps.

I wont link it incase it is a virus but my webroot scans have come up empty I have found away to avoid going to the home page by setting it to go to another page but its still not the "home page"

Yeah, that definitely sounds like some malware. Try running Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/), MBAM (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) and seeing if they come up with anything.

Also go into Add/Remove programs and see if you have any "toolbars" installed. I'm almost certain you have at least "Startsearcher.com Toolbar" somewhere. But also remove the more benign ones like Google Toolbar (If you have it) and others. Also look in there for programs you don't know (Ask before you remove though!) 

Edit/b] It seems that according to this site: http://www.pchelpsoft.com/trends/startsearcher-removal/ StartSearcher comes from Facebook theming tools, so try disabling those.
