It's suppose to be a Social Game based on Shenmue and I'm not sure if it's out yet or not but it sounds like it'd a Japan only release.

Looks like a little shop of some sort and it looks like the capsule toys that you collect throughout the Shenmue games of well known Sega characters.

i like how its all in japanese but randomly they have a big sign in english saying game.
japan always gets stuff exclusively, iv taken many a wonderous adventure through the japanese playstation store and played some of there demos and free games.
they have a lot of social games on it too but i couldnt try them because i couldnt even navigate the in game menus! =(

Because it did fall of the face of the earth. I'm pretty sure they were going to make a third but the series just died.
It wasn't super good, it was a big mishmash of genres without a very coherent story, I played number one and owned two on the Xbox... But it was interesting in a strange way.
