Well, do you know what his username is? You can find it easily by going to the "Memberlist" at the top of the page and typing the name in the search bar.

If you have any specific questions about the site, my best advice would be to read the info in the "Help Center" at the top right corner of the page. It contains a lot of helpful stuff for newbies. Also, you can introduce yourself in the Newbie forum so that we can know you a bit better here at Vizzed.

Also, if you're trying to find the gaming center, called the RGR (Retro Game Room), just click the picture on the top left, that has the RGR's name on it. Then, scroll down to the games listed and see if you want to play some of the popular games, and if not, just use the search box nearby if you remember any retro games you like, such as Earthbound, Legend of Zelda, or Pokemon. Stuff.

When you click on a game, scroll down and look for the 'PLAY GAME' after the first interface of the game's page. At that point, you'll get the pop-up stating that it's downloading your game to your computer, and just patiently wait. When it goes black and get the 'start menu' starts up, it's game time!

Regarding the Board, all you really do is make good quality posts to try to earn Trust Points. When you reach 10 Trust Points, you become a Trusted member and get a few bonuses. Just make sure you don't ask for Trust Points. If you do, certain users will take away Trust Points simply because that is against the rules.
