We have been together for going on six years now and getting married next summer, so I would naturally say I'm very happy. It isn't perfect, but no relationship is. It might feel perfect early on, but eventually you start to get to that point where you notice a lot of give and take. But for me, the take is more than worth what I have to give, so it doesn't bother me.

When I think about how far away he is, I get frustrated and uspet. At the end of the month he is coming to stay with me indefinitely, hopefully permanently but it could be as short as three months. He needs to find a job and get a work visa to be able to stay in Canada, and it might be really difficult. So although there are circumstances working to keep us apart, and it's stressful, I'm still happy in my relationship.
