I get that feeling really often. Honestly, are the actual lessons learned in physics going to be useful? I can understand we will use math almost every day, but why must we know how fast a 5000kg rock will accelerate towards Jupiter or the momentum of a 3500 kg truck when it collides with a car weighing a ton and have an inelastic collision when both move at 20m/s... REALLY WHAT DOES KNOWING THE JUNK WE LEARN IN PHYSICS RELATE TO. I ALWAYS WANTED TO PLAY THE FLUTE AND BE A BALLERINA ANYWAY

I am a business major and had to take a intro to biology course as a pre-req. It was a 100 level course and I never had a heavier workload in any class took before or after.  I highly doubt I will ever have to use the phases of cell replication in the business world. The Prof was horrible.

Oh for sure, I always thought history was a big waste of time for me.
They would make me go to the classes, sometimes double classes of history, and I sat there thinking...this is pointless.
I can still say to this day that everything I was taught in that class, I will never ever use for anything in my life.

I've always picked my own schedule since I started middle school, and every class I have taken has affected me positively in some way or another. Even though I hated 2 of my art teachers, got bullied in Gym, found English classes to have hard workloads, was never interested in History, and struggle in physics, I find that every class I have taken has helped me see the world in a different way or I appreciate more as I mature. The only class I could say will fall in this category is Communication Applications. I took it early out-of-district because it would have helped me graduate early, but my high school district won't accept the credit. Even still, I refuse to waste school time on it so I'm going to take it over the summer.

Yes, I am taking an agriculture class that is extra boring and all we do is measure wood and water plants. We sanded wood and made useless projects and did boring things. The only semi- fun thing we did in that class was weld pieces of metal together and that is basically it. I would probably have not taken this class knowing it would have been this boring, at least next year I can take different more exciting classes that are more fun and not boring. Throughout this agriculture class, more and more students didn't show up to class, probably because they thought it was a waste of their time and I can't blame them. So this is my most boring class I ever had the displeasure of taking.

I will say having to be forced to do certain classes in 1st and 2nd year of high-school is a huge waste of time.
