Do you need to own a game to rate it? I can't remember.

If so, how do you rate a game once you get one of the items that lets you play them for free? You can't buy them so you can't own them.

No you don't have to own a game to rate them.

Rating or owning games won't work if you own the Laptop or V Machine....

If you buy the games (without the above mentioned items) you'll own them and rate them, as well as any other game you play.

To rate, simply play the game, and once you exit, you'll be able to rate.

Surgiac : probably because you get vizz for rating,if you dont have to pay for games you could just keep rating games randomly for vizz.
