I love Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres' names, simply for that little bit of Spanish the creators put in the end of their names.

Another one that comes to mind is Arbok, mainly for the way Team Rocket's Arbok said its name in the anime. CHAAAAAAAARBOK! Lol.

I always thought that Mewtwo always had the best name. When I first started getting into Pokemon and didn't realize how epic Mewtwo was, I loved the name. It sounds dark and it just really fits him. Although, it certainly helped when I learned more about him through the abandoned research lab journals.
