You could I've sprained my wrist. I was at a state fair with some friends. We tried that machine where you punch a pad and it measure how much force you put into it. I did it 3 times and 5 minutes later my wrist was killing me. It swelled up and was like that for the next few days. It sucked.

I never sprained my wrist. I have sprained my ankle, which is very similar. But as far as my wrist goes, the closest thing is jamming my wrist when I fell. It is like when you accidentally jam your finger if you do something like catch a basketball wrong. It hurt for a few weeks.
