Okay iv been having a problem i cant get into the flash chat at all it keeps saying im banned but i can get into the HMTL chat . does anyone know how to fix this its been for days and i really want to use my avatr in flash and i tried everything ot mabie my falsh buts thats not working and i tough it was my ip at first but i treid useing a  progame to change ips but that didnt work ether im really confused i even asked geeo but no luck he doesnt know ether please someone help please i want to get back chatting in the flash chat thanks.

I've tried everything I can to help her out at this point. I can't figure out why the flash chat says she is banned but the html one says she's not. It makes no sense.

I did that aready i cleared the cookies and logged off and reset the computer still nothing it still says i have been banned

That's really weird. I checked chat and you are not banned. It's also really weird that you can get into HTML while flash thinks you're banned.

Maybe it's some weird thing with the ban system. I'm kinda stumped on this one.


Edit- We (geeo) tested something with the ban system. Try logging in now.

You have been banned! thats what it says i logged in again and it still says that i dont know how to make a screen shot but im telling you thats what it says. i can only get in HMTL chat not flash sigh i hope you can fugure this one out david i wish i could i have tried everything

it's pretty simple Amanda

after you load the screen that says you are banned press the "Print Scr" button. It should be above insert, delete, home, end.... between the main keyboard and they keypad on a standard keyboard (near the top).

After you hit print scr open paint and then press ctrl-v. That will paste the image in to that program. Save the file and then upload it the next time you post.

To take a screenshot you actually have to press Ctrl and Prt Screen at the same time. After that, you can press Ctrl and V to paste the screenshot into Paint.
