Ok so I would assume that there used to be Javascript running how you could see how many people were in the chat room but it is not there anymore. So all there is now is a question mark. I do not know if that is what it is wanted to do now or what.

The number uses javascript that connects to the chat room server to see how many people are online.  The other day, the chat room was having issues so therefore that number was having troubles loading which resulted into the site taking a while to load.  I think it's safe to put it back now.
