If you transfer Missingno. or 'M to Pokemon Stadium, It will turn into a substitute doll. It is also rendered completely useless, because it cannot participate in any pokemon battles.
If Missingno. or 'M are transferred to stadium 2, they become ditto. A bit more useful, I suppose.
