Well, I try, but I wouldn't say I always (Or even usually) succeed. I like to be in bed around 11 PM, but I often get side-tracked and end up getting carried away until I notice it's about 11, then I still have to shower and this and that and the other... So I'm sort of all over the place. Then on weekends, I stay up all hours of the night. Sometimes until dawn.

It was different back when I was working part time and in school... I was up super late all the time, some days I didn't even sleep at all. I can't do that any more, my job is too dangerous.

I always try to go to bed at a regular time on weekdays so I can get enough rest before waking up for work in the morning, but it never works out that way. I never go to bed at the same time. It's always random times when I feel tired. It may be early, or it may be VERY late at night.

Heck, even when I used to stay up until nearly 5am every night, I still woke up at the latest 10am... I'm not very good at sleeping in. Way too much of a morning person.

i dont sleep at night. but for the past week ive been fallin asleep between 10am and 12pm. before that it was around 8am. in another week or two i will be falling asleep around 3pm. in another month or two i will be up for about 48 hours then sleep for 12-15 hours. kinda weird but ive always been like that. ended up sleeping through a lot of classes in school
