This is just a question that is not important, but what kind of food has potassium in it. I do know that bananas have potassium, what else??

Without just googling the answer, avacadoes come to mind. I think they're the next highest potassium-y food on the list. There's not much else out there with a ton of potassium. Some nuts and seeds have it and maybe some kinds of fish.

Bananas are the rock stars of the potassium world.

A single banana contains 422 mg of potassium, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database. A cup of lima beans has 955 mg of potassium and a papaya has 781 mg of potassium. A single strawberry also has 18 mg of potassium, but those add up if you eat a lot.

Yep, the first thing that comes to mind is bananas lol.

Papaya and banana have so much potassium that you can actually eat a few of them, and very soon later on it will show up on your blood test. It also binds to water in your body, so you can't easily reach toxic levels of it (you will pee it out before that happens).
