Hi everyone!  I'm Japxican and happy I joined this site.  I really miss those old retro games and was glad to find a way to play them here (and get involved in yet another forum).  I like drawing, jogging, soccer, and writing.  Not really sure what else to say, but hoping to meet some new people, have a good time playing some old games and trying out the ones I was never able to get back in the day.

Natas :   I'm a Zelda fan myself!  I liked the N64 games the best because of the style and such and game play.  I tried playing the old one (A Link to the Past, I think), but I have to admit, I absolutely suck at it.  I like the old Mario games, too, and the Donkey Kong Country games.  I find that playing with those old retro games with a keyboard is really challenging.  Hopefully I can find some good RPG games on here to work on as they don't seem to be that bad with keyboard maneuvering.

I grew up playing Zelda personally. My all time favorites are Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Which I own ) That is true, it's challenging to play N64 games on the Keyboard do to the controls scattered around. If you are looking for a simple control. I would recommend playing the GBA games. Since you only need the arrow keys to move and the ( Z and X ) for the A and B button of a GBA hand held. Oh and the ( A and S ) Keys are the triggers.

Welcome, Japxican. How goes your effort in searching for RPGs? Using the keyboard for controls can be hard but there is a way to make it easier. For you information, this only works with the RGR pulgin and not the Javascript emulator. When playing, you can double-click the game screen to open up a new window where you can change the controls to your liking. This has been great benefit for me when playing Star Fox 64. AuraBlaze : Thanks for the tip!  I've found that I like different key configurations for Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Banjo-Kazooie.  So every time I open those, I have to change the key settings.  Those are the only two games I've really been playing so far.  Any other recommendations?
