It seems like these days phones are constantly evolving, gaining new features, and becomming more expensive, but this phone is probably one of the most unique in my opinion:

This phone from Japan helps you stay in fit by detecting your pulse, how many steps you've taken in a day, etc... but the part that is most innovative is it's ability to smell your breath. By detecting your breath, it can figure out how healthy you are, and, well, how bad your breath is.

Not something I'd consider getting but still very cool.
