What is it? Zelda Majoras Mask or Ocarina of time? Reply with your awnser

Based on the emulators in Vizzed, I would say Ocarina works a lot better because, the sound is working fine and as well as the saving. Disregarding the functions of the emulators, I would think that Ocarina is better because there are more temples, more unique songs, and saving is a lot easier than always having to find an owl statue to hit on. Majora's Mask would be better because you get to have more abilities, actually go through the purpose of having an Ocarina of TIME than a sword, and there seems to be more characters around to talk to. Judging between them is not that easy because it depends on what the judge judges the game on and preference as well. For me, I am liking Ocarina of Time because I like the idea of going through the beginning of having Zelda in your childhood and you grow up to save her.

first of all, Ocarina of Time is considered one of the best games ever made, and Majora's mask is criticized for being an unappealing sequel.

Ocarina was so groundbreaking, you'd think a direct sequel would be amazing. but it was disappointing. a lunar apocalypse? a LIMITED TIME to do everything? blecch! the Legend of Zelda is all about free exploration, and Majora's Mask totally contradicts that principle! it is a stain on the beautifully woven carpet of The Legend of Zelda series. 

Majora's Mask is better than Ocarina of Time for many reasons.

1. The masks. The masks are so awesome to play around with.
2. The music. MM's music is underrated.
3. The plot. It has a unique twist to it.

I could think of other reasons, but I don't want to go on a rant.

This must be like the 6th thread I've seen on here about these two.


Majora's Mask is better in my opinion.

1. The story wasn't cliche. (Sorry, I don't find super evil villian wanting to take over the country, kidnaps the princess, and wants to obtain ultimate power to be all that appealing.)

2. The NPCs were far more indepth in Majora's Mask then Ocarina of Time. These NPC's actually went places during the day and night. You actually got to SEE them go home when it was night, or go out for a daily walk. Almost every game NOW doesn't have that for their NPC's.

3. The world was much smaller, yes. It was also far more descriptive then Ocarina of Time. A prime example is Ikanna valley; it tells a lot of back story of Termina. Up to the point where Termina may have been part of Hyrule in some way or another. Why are there symbols of the Tri-force for example? Also, the graveyard is actually full of dead child soldiers from the war that took place in Ikanna. Also the Stone Tower actually seems to be mocking the Din, Farore, and Nayru. The tower was built to be up side down. And when the tower flips, the Tri-Force symbols flip upside down as well.... There's just A LOT of back story in this game, that alone makes Termina's world far more descriptive then Hyrule's.

4. Goron racing.

Im sorry but i would have to say Majora's mask. I love the music. I think Nintendo needs to make it for the 3ds.

Ocarina of Time, or Majora's Mask? That's one of those decisions that will keep you up at night. But since I must give my own personal opinion, I have to make a decision . So I have to go with Ocarina of Time, I make this decision on a more personal level. For me being a child playing my first Legend of Zelda game, riding around on Epona, getting the Master Sword, Link turning into an adult, finding out that Sheik is actually Princess Zelda, and watching in awe as Gannondorf turns into Gannon. All of these moments are important to me because there are no moments like these in Majora's Mask, and that's why I must choose Ocarina of Time over Majora's Mask. I hope I don't ruin anyone's day, but I just just believe that Ocarina of Time has more moments that define The Legend of Zelda.

I prefer Zelda majoras mask I just like how you can change up the game play some what by putting on a different mask it is a cool concept
