What's your BMI? BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

Here is a link were you can calculate your BMI and also find out on which category you are (Underweight, Normal weight, Overweight, Obesity).

All you need to know is your height and your weight (note: make sure to pick the right system eg metric etc)

As for me, I'm 166cm tall and I weight 58kilos (I gained 1 kilo during last semester's exams), so the calculator said that my BMI is 21.0, so I belong to this category "Normal weight = 18.5–24.9"

The only thing wrong is that sometimes BMI calculators don't take fat % into effect.  I'm a competitive athlete and I always play sports and I'm often outside.  My body fat % is single digits.  I'm overweight in a numbers sense.  But I'd dare anyone to try and find some fat on me.

warmaker : I don't doubt about what you're saying. Those kind of calculators are just a general idea, it doesn't mean they're right for everybody. It's like diet tips. There are some general rules, but everybody should adjust them to his/her own body needs.
So there is not need to take those kind of calculators too serious or worry about them
