Definatley should get the death penalty, there are so many horrific things happening atm its horrendous but this psychopathy should of been stopped somewhere down the line people who know him must of at least suspected he was a psychopath, i mean dispalying her head wtf! sounds like what happens in those greek mythology plays. You'd be surprised how many people get life sentences. They may get out on parole early, but a lot of them do serve it. I am not certain how they do it in Greece though. The Portuguese guy however, I don't know what they will do with him since neither death nor lifetime imprisonment are allowed in Portugal.
