I had a different problem with that. Whenever I try to play the game. I couldn't move over to pick another pokemon. I was stuck picking the same one over and over and I couldn't even get into the battle. What browser are you using? My only suggestion. Is try another browser and if that doesn't work. The game just may not work for you.
