Does any one know why or how to prevent it from crashing Fire Fox 4 only crashes when I am in the chat room here at vizzedboard, and it crashes usually 2-3 times a day sometimes 4.

Firefox's most current version is 11.0, so I would first suggest upgrading to the newest version. If that doesn't help, check operation with other browsers such as Chromium and Opera, to see if it crashes with those.
