Hello everyone at the Vizzed board! I'm damnit-emmett. I found the retro game room about half a year ago, and I just today decided that it was about time that I registered for an account on the vizzed board to see what was to be found and who there was to talk to. I'm a country guy who moved to the city lately. I read a lot, play video games about as often. In creative outlets, I like to write and sing, act, play a little piano, and draw cartoons now and then. I'm big into music, always have been, and I've been involved with radio now and then for several years, mainly for radio theater, but occasionally as a guest DJ.
My first video game was Crash Bandicoot 2, back on the original PlayStation; from there I branched out back and forwards in the chronology of systems and franchises. The first one that I played all the way through would have been the original Paper Mario, on the N64. Great game.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what there is to see and meeting who there is to meet.

Welcome to Vizzed, Emmett.  Crash Bandicoot 2 was the first game I played in that particular series, but I beat the first game before the second -- it is long story why.
Wow you sure are active! Could you possibly explain what radio theater is? I have never heard of it before.

I am into music, but mostly as a listener.  What kinds of music do you prefer?

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! Radio theater comprises a branch of acting and dramatic performance that is done entirely in audio, like those old radio dramas that were popular in the states before the spread of television. It's still a thriving form of entertainment in the UK, and there are still small independent groups doing it here and there too. It was usually a fixture in segments of A Prairie Home Companion, if I'm not mistaken.
