You can create a profile in the game and save it, that is all you can save. If you beat races, unlock tracks, cars, or change the settings there is no way to save them. I cant find where to save in game, Ive unlocked stunt levels and I never get promted to save. I cant find a save spot in the menus. If anyone knows how to save let me know. I cant get the cheats to work either. If there is no way to save then see if you can get the cheats to work. If anyone can find the save feature or get the cheats to work please let me know. Thanks
