Well for me Id say the most frustrating game I have ever played would probably be a tie between ninja Gaiden or super contra... wait any Contra for that matter.
But I know some of you probably haven't played those games or have strategies or "cheats" but regardless I really want to know, what you guys/girls have played for a frustrating/hard game. And please don't put things like the Worlds Hardest game cause I mean retro games.

I know its not the hardest game out there, but the special stages in Super mario sunshine was pretty annoying for me. Its a good game but I felt like throwing my controller at the screen sometimes >=(

Megadeth572 : I guess Gran Tourismo 5 when you have to play as a Ferrari but anytime you barely touch a car/wall your disqualified.... That AND you have to win at least 7th place when the cars are all faster than you.

THP : i never completed that, i wish i still had it and i would complete it i got annoyed with it.
catfight09:i found the most annoying thing to be when you were overtaking them, they crash into you and you get disqualified, that was seriously annoying.i stopped playing so many times.

well i played some god awull and super solid game where the guy had flash backs to vietnam and you had to relieve them but i cant remember the name of the game so i cant say that one.
siren blood curse was pretty annoying.It was good but sometimes it was really hard to figure out what to do, its more like a puzzle than a shooter really, plus it scared the hell outa me.
it was especially hard in that you couldnt kill the enemies, they came back to life every few minutes.

The most frustrating game I have EVER played huh?  Alright, it was Asteroids on Atari.  Yes, the little black screen game where you are this little white arrow shooting out white pixels at boxes that go boom and form several smaller versions.  Seriously, I can not get past stage one on that game.  After a few shots I don't know where I am, and if I do manage to spot the location because I warped from the top to the bottom of the screen... you guessed it, boom, game over asteroid hit me.  I about ripped my blue hair out of my head trying to make heads or tails of that game.  I don't like Asteroids at all!

There isn't a particular game that frustrates me. What frustrates me is losing in whatever game it is I'm playing....currently, Pokemon Stadium 2. The Ghost type Gym leader...I believe his name is Morter or something like that, is kicking my @$$ and has been for the past hour. GRRRRRRRRRR!!

In my opinion, Spelunky is one of the most frustrating games I have ever played, that wasn't some type of rom hack or anything. But the thing is, it was FUN to be frustrated because the game has INFINITE replayability. A lot of the times I was laughing at my deaths because the game just has so much charm in it. But it is in no doubt, frustratingly hard to progress through only 15 levels unless you got some guardian angel blessing you with a lot of luck.
