This could be almost anything from drivers, to hardware to cord issues. It could be a problem in window 7. You could have it muted or turned down. Without a lot of information it's really tough to determine what the problem is.

MichaelVash7886 : okay hers everything

All the drivers say they are working fine so does the computer they they speakers are working but my computer is not muted i check everything i don't know whats wrong.
I even installed re-installed my drivers and tried new ones and updated them no difference that's all i can tell you
