I don't recall ever playing Rock N' Roll Racing before. But from the time I spent playing, I thought it was an o.k racing game for the snes. I did find Rock N' Roll Racing a little repetitive in the racetracks though. Meaning that you have to race 20 races to advance to the next level. Although I never did get to play Rock N' Roll Racing with a friend. I see alot of good times with this game if you have friends playing the game with you.
Rock N' Roll Racing did remind me a a good classic game on the NES call R.C. Pro Am. This was a pretty popular game for the people that can remember that far back in time. It had all the ingredients for a killer race game including bullets and turbos, but minus the hops, I think.
All in all, Rock N' Roll Racing is a good game that can be played alone just to see if you can master it, or with friends.

Hmm, haven't heard of this game, I might check it out in the RGR some time, looks like it might be pretty cool, I'll check it out.
