So you'd know what to do, this place is to tell you about the main Pokemon that have been changed.
Starter Pokemon
Kanto Starter Pokemon: Charmander--->Charmeleon--->Charizard
Bulbasaur--->Ivysaur--->Venusaur
Squirtle--->Wartortle--->Blastoise
instead of Hoenn's Torchic, Treecko and Mudkip
Route 1: All Starter Pokemon from Bulbasar, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu (darn it), Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip.

Birch's Lab: Ho-Oh and Lugia
Pretty much are the main Pokemon to do with this game that have been changed.

My Opinion:
This game is pretty much a copy of Pokemon Emerald, so it's not got much of a challenge in it, it would be nice if the Trainers were edited a bit to have stronger Pokemon.
