Ok don't know if this belongs here in General but since I have no idea where to put it, I'll put it here.

Well I don't like Sponge Bob Square Pants much at all but my lil sis likes to watch the first season (which has the least bad content in the whole series). So we have the first disc of season 1 that she watches at times. Today we had it on and it froze/gliched at one point where half the screen was the cartoon and the other half had a black and white picture of a man and a woman in a dining room and behind them was a picture of a stripper in a frame...

I only wish to be able to analyse the dvd to see what other hidden images are in it. I will no longer allow my lil sis to view this dvd or any other Sponge Bob videos or tv episodes.

My question is has anyone else ever witnessed hidden images or recordings in a dvd you have?

No, personally I haven't really ever noticed any secret messages in DVDs and shows.

On a side note, WOW, that is extremely creepy.

Um, no I haven't seen anything like that before, but yeah. Like the_casualty said. That is creepy and it's suppose to be a children's show. In my opinion. That show has been getting a little vulgar and inappropriate on some episodes. You said this was on the DVD? Could they have had that season copied onto a used CD? Or could that be in the actual episode you seen?

Natas : Who knows, I just hope it isn't some sort of used dvd covering up a murder! I never saw that image in the cartoon before.

now that was gross ..... I've never had anything like that, except I have gotten a VHS at a garage sale, and it turned out they recorded a horror movie over the movie it was suppose to be

Sounds like a re-used DVD to me. I have heard of easter eggs on dvds but never something like that unless there was a re-record.

It's all good. I don't watch Sponge Bob anyway. Although, I did hear that there is hidden adult humor among dialogue if you can pick up on it.

Cyro Xero : Of course I've picked up on it and so has my step mom. With that and the hidden content in the dvd she refuses to allow us to show sponge bob to my little sister ever again. Hard when my sister likes the show so much and the show comes on once nick jr goes off..... I have to switch the channel just at the right time~ >.<

Then again, I don't think little kids are going to pick up on it. Even as an adult, you have to have the right mind to notice things like that. To your little sister, it's just a cartoon. No different than G.I Joe, except it's about a humanoid sponge. Who lives under the sea. N' stuff.

All I know is that the girl in the picture frame of the screen shot I saw was unclothed.  We threw out the dvd soon after so I cannot go back and check.

I once saw a zombie walking across the screen while I was watching Bleach...
