Is there a way to report offensive comments? I found one for Pokemon Leaf Reborn (might not be the exact title) that uses Gay as a derogatory statement.

Yep, anything dealing with reporting in the RGR you PM the RGR staff. If for some reason it's something they can't handle, they'll pass it on to the higher ups for you so don't worry about PMing multiple staff accounts if you don't get an immediate response.
