It will help it considerably, he's just announced the death of the Most wanted man in the world and leader of the most dangerous terrorist group on earth. Only 17% of Americans regarded President Obama before this happened.

If it ends up being totally true, yes, because most Americans fall into every little trap.
I would have voted for him last election had I been able to, but right now, I would say no. And this whole Osama thing doesn't change my mind. |

legacyme3 : I would have to agree with you on this one, until we have absolute 100% factual evidence saying that, its Osama confirmed and that this isn't another game cooked up by our fantastical government there will always be skeptics, and Those skeptics out there I don't believe would vote for Obama.

Well it might but who knows maybe it wasn't even bin laden it could have been a decoy
in witch case he could still be alive somewhere. But i don't think it will change the fact of obama getting relected it's up to the americans in that choice but i do think he would be a great choice to keep as president he has done alot for the country. |

Yes he might have a better chance,in fact, The Moron-In-Chief will take all of the credit, even though he never served a day in the military, held service people's pay hostage during budget negotiations and has basically gutted the military. Liberals will claim victory also, even after all of their war protests for "Bush's Wars" and it takes the focus off the Obama Wars starting in Libya, Syria, Algeria and etc.

No.
The elections are still 1.5 years away. We'll be looking at double-digit unemployment, inflation, $5.50 gas or higher, rotting American infrastructure, and we'll be in wars in three different places, if not more. Also, the Republicans will remind everyone that Obama kept Gitmo open, kept attacking other countries, and kept military pressure on our enemies, just like the Democrats said was bad. Obama is doing what Bush was doing the whole time. I applaud Obama for following Bush's policies. But this won't help him. This will be long forgotten in a year. |

Viperx199 : The Senate held the pay because they couldn't agree on anything. Place blame where it properly belongs. And how are uprisings in other countries wars started by Obama? Libya asked for aid from NATO (of which we are the biggest player) to keep Gaddafi from slaughtering them, but the decisions were made by the UN and NATO, not Obama. He is just the one informing us what is going on with all that. As for the other countries, we have not intervened. Get the facts straight.
Honestly, people complain that Obama never served in the military and that Bush was better. Bush was in the National Guard and he went AWOL! How is that better?! Obama was the one that made the call to send in the Navy Seals to get Bin Laden, it was his plan, so give him credit. Even Dick Cheney is giving the man credit and he openly hates Obama. Seriously though, I still do not support the war in Iraq. Most Americans (yes, even Liberals if people would pay attention) supported the invasion of Afghanistan because we were going after Bin Laden. Obama couldn't just pull the troops out when he took office, we destroyed those countries and we cannot just leave them in chaos and hope for the best because that is the kind of thing that turned Bin Laden against us in the first place. Why turn more of them against us? That would have been stupid. Keeping Gitmo open was something I am not happy about, I will admit, but he did that in a deal with the Republicans... so I honestly lay the blame at their feet. And if you want my opinion, if 9/11 was able to help get Bush re-elected three years after the fact, then killing the man responsible for it should help Obama a year later. Statistically and historically, the odds are now on his side. ... you know, besides the fact that the Republican candidates so far are people like Donald Trump. |

Osama is not a real terrorist, he is a patsy CIA agent who was established back in the 70's and used as a long time decoy to propel our agenda.
If you can show JKF's head getting blown off and thousands of people dieing in 9/11 then why can't you show the death of a CIA agent known as Osama? For national security reasons? Wow, I guess there was no "National Security" when 9/11 happened on TV screens all across the world. The point is, they are protecting special interest not national security. The biggest terrorist camp is right here in the USA with celebrity puppets like TRUMP and OBAMA and whatever high class loser you throw on the table working for corporate interests. America has been in the crapper for decades and it will only get worse till people realize that America is a corporation not a country. If you do not understand how a corporation works then the answer to fixing america is to suck it up, go vote for your favorite puppet, and think day in and day out that they give a dam about their employees. Here is a idea on how to fix our dept... quit your job if your in the military or government and get a real job that does not suck up all our money. I think most Americans will see this as a victory for Obama and will see him more favorably because of it. I can see it helping his polling numbers and his chances at winning the election. He can use it to appeal to the right with regards to being more pro-military and out to get those bad terrorists.

There have been DNA tests and much more, yes Osama bin ladin is dead and put out to sea.
Yes, this will help his voting polls for the few that were unsure about him but knew about 9/11 and several others... but... there are *people* that will never be satisfied no matter what he does so they won't be swayed. It will encourage more people to vote for him, as he did a great deed. |

Pretty much every great act from the United States is attributed to the president of that time, so I'm sure that this will help him. Even though he didn't really do anything, everyone will still look at him because hes the elected leader.
