I would say the Bottle, but since that isn't up there, then I would say the Ocarina of Time. It's a beautiful thing and you can play so many songs on it in the game! If you hold down Z, you can play alternate notes besides the A, B, and C ones.

While it may not be the best item there, I'd say the bow was my favorite. I'd just played ALttP right before it, and man, what an improvement. When I first finished the target practice game in Gerudo's fortress, my life was officially completed. That's something I sure can't say about target practice from ALttP (ugh).
