I saw a trailer of it when I was in the sixth grade.  My friends and I were scarred.  We eventually watched it over this summer.  I have a friend who loves horror movies, I'm a person who can't watch horror movies, because I'll probably scream watching it...  So I went to see it with a friend, she was a lot more calm than me when watching that movie.  I only could watch half of it, because eventually I was thinking about it so much that I wasn't even paying attention to the movie.

They missed a huge opportunity with the sequel. They should've had the people be hooked up to each other in a circle this time (on IV, I guess) and called it "The Human Ouroboros".

Anyway, I actually saw the first film only, and it had a clever premise executed weakly. I'm not a fan.

Absolutely love the movie. The twisted-ness behind it...and the fact that it is medically accurate makes it even more twisted/awesome in my eyes. Can't wait to see the 2nd one...and excited for the 3rd one

You have to see the uncut version that was not released in America. It is freaking insanely f-ed up. But more realistic since it isn't an actual surgeon, but some crazy guy obsessed with the idea and recreates it himself.
