DirecTV - You should already know what that is.
Dish Network - I've never had it but I heard DirecTV is better
Digital Cable - Basically as good as DirecTV
Basic Cable - Basic channels, usually around 60-65 of them

A long long time ago when I was a kid I grew up in the mountains and my parents were too cheap to have cable at all and my dads excuse was always that nothing would work because of our location. I knew that was a lie because all my neighbors had satellites and alot of channels and we weren't even THAT far in the mountains anyways. So... I spent most of my childhood with like 4 or 5 channels and nothing ever on. If you're old like me you probably know what I mean by "rabbit ears" on top of your TV. LOL.

Anyways as I got older and moved with my mom we switched between DirecTV, Comcast Digital Cable, and Basic Cable alot of times before finally settling with DirecTV which I'm happy with. I think I like Comcast Digital a little better because I could watch stuff for free OnDemand and I could also have more than one reminder at a certain time slot. On DirecTV if you set a 2nd reminder at that time it bumps the first one off which sucks because I like to set many reminders for different things throughout the day. But I can't complain too much because DirecTV has just about everything I need.

We have basic cable right now, pretty much... I don't watch TV so I guess you could say I'm not satisfied with it. But then again I dislike TV in general, it's useless. If I want to watch something I either rent it, watch it on Netflix, or watch it online.

Annette : lol is like everything on Netflix or online?

I have DirectTv. I am pretty satisfied with it, no complaints. Not much to say after that.

My TV provider is called Shaw- a canadian company, I think, and it gives us hundreds, hundreds, hundreds of channel, and even pay per view and a PVR, a recorder that records your shows if you're gone.

We have basic tv programming, cable i guess. We had Dish Network back in the days of my youth, around the time of spongebob, dbz, and all the other great cartoons for like lil under 2 yrs, but even with basic cable I only miss out on Nick, CN, and other channel like TNT, MTV, Spike, and well I guess alot that u pay for but there is netflix, and watching tv show episodes online from various websites.
