Broken tail light is a fix-it ticket at most, never an arrest. It is possible they arrested him for being the one carting a bunch of drunk underage kids around... especially when many states have laws that if you are driving under the age of 18 you cannot have passengers under the age of 25 in the car. Still, I think that arrest is a bit much even for that.

That is not cool.  The under aged people should have gotten in trouble for what they were doing.  Sure, I have friends that did this and they were about the same age as me under aged of 18.  I wasn't involved in it because I did not like drinking and smoking.  I also do not rat out my friends, but they get themselves in trouble because they do not know how to not get caught.

luckily ive never been arrested but im very suprised ihavent yet alot of my friends and jsut people in general do alot of , stuff and they always asure me i wont ever get caught and i havent but im scared that somewhere down the line i will. dw im not doing anythign that harms anyone i dont like violence its just other stuff thats illegal but everbody seems to do (im being so obvious, id suck in interogation :p)
