in the new halo 3 trialer, it seems to me that cortana has a hint of evil as if the gravemind has corrupted her, anyone got any ideas on this

She does look corupted. But she dosnt say anything bad or misleading sorta... U know how shes fading in and out, she cant really do that, cos she needs a projector thing to appear from. Unless thats it, she found a way to appear, but shes not good at it...
