We've both looked at the add-on and aren't sure what your difficulty is. Also, yes he's used vbulletin, he uses it on the home network. But we're having difficulty finding a version of triple triad that isn't going to cost $30 for 3 months. If you are still interested in his help please let me know.

if you can add a list of the alterations you've made to the vizzed forum so that he's working with basically the same setup you are, that should be sufficient. he's running vbulletin himself, but the versions may not be the same.
