Playstation Move is a great Peripheral in my opinion, not only in the way it works, how well it tracks movement, but the fact that major games can use it if you want, like shooters where developer's can make server matches for only those who r using it. I think the game for it out right now look really good, I have tried Sports Champions and I had a blast. One game I want is The Fight: Lights Out. I will definitely be getting it in the future.

Sorry MIke but no... I don't want that. That looks more like the wii. With the Kinect out, I think it'll be more preferred than both the wii and the move.

I would love to have that. I loved how the Wii allowed movement in their game-play, but it wasn't really fun due to most games released for it being meant for younger ages. With this however, I could get to play a great game like SOCOM or Killzone. I expect it it to be more advanced than the Wii though, due to Sony's reputation with creating high quality tech.

lol @ Wii. Wii doesn't have SOCOM, Killzone, etc... With the Move, you can play all these games with other players who have the Move, or you can test your skills against people who don't. The only game I like for the Wii sucks with motion controls, Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

hnnn : All those games look pretty fun. I tried Table Tennis, and the Gladiator one, they were both awesome. I have yet to get PSMove though, since its cheaper than Kinect for my xbox360, I will get it first. The Fight Lights Out looks so cool.

EDIT by noelia: due to layout problem.

I like how the shooter games and even some EA sports games implement it's use, but the PSMove specific games are fun too.

All of the motion control systems have some sort of flaw with them. The Wii overall has no good 3rd party games, because everyone went completely lazy with it. The Kinect has way too many sports and dancing games. And the Move is just a poor combination of the Wii and Kinect. It improves on the Wii controls, but it's nothing like the Kinect's.

I havent got it because for both move controlers is like £60(90$).
But it looks fun and apparently is well integrated into shooters.as for the claim its copying wii sony had a motion controll before nintendo.
Sony also had movement based games before nintendo and microsoft.

thenumberone : you might want to edit the typo's seeing as Sony shouldn't be mispelled if we support them
First, the controls are more accurate. The Move picks up motion more precisely than the Wii, and it tracks motion in a 3-D space -- so if you step back while playing a ping pong game, the game makes your character step back from a virtual ping pong table.

Second, the Move puts you in the game to a greater degree than the Wii. Because it's a camera-based system, many games on the Move can put you in the game. For example, you can see yourself on the screen in Start the Party and EyePet.

Third, the PS3 Move offers high-definition graphics for a more photo-realistic experience over the Wii's standard-definition visuals.

Movement-based gaming is not strong enough yet to warrant the level of involvement is has received. Wii was an inferior console before it was released, Kinect is just a stupid add-on to sell more product for Sony, and the Move is Sony's way of trying to cash in on the craze.
I am Sony fanboy, but we need to let this movement thing die until they release actual movement gaming.

I tend to agree with the statement that motion gaming just isn't there yet. Nintendo tried to revive it (which they did seeing all three major developers experimented with it) after their failures on the NES by devoting an entire console to it... in the last few years the only games that consistently worked are those On-Rail shooters...the rest proven a real hit or miss (for every good game effectively utilizing motion control, I seen about 19 that blew).

I think that until it can effectively control the game to the same degree that a controller or mouse (obviously a lot harder through motion controls, but still equally accurate once the skill ratios are taken into account)  and/or it works well enough for the bulk of games at an affordable rate...I'm not interested.
