I feel a bit foolish for having to ask, but I've poked around the Help Center and found nothing.

As some know, I've been making and selling layouts. I got a reply from Ken (after buying a layout from me) stating that even though his layout appeared on his Profile Page, he was unable to view it in his posts. I checked a number of the posts that he made starting from when he enabled the layout and found that they all had the layout.

So I decided to investigate further. I asked him 2 questions.
1. What browser do you use?
2. Did you block your own layouts?

For the first one, he said Chrome. For the second one, he said that this text appeared above the layout preview on his Profile Page: "Post Layout (block layout)"


Now I could have let him explain all of this, but I took my troubleshooting to the next level and am now stuck.


Just to be sure about layouts being blocked, I decided to block my own layouts. I clicked to block my layout above the preview and Vizzed kindly thanked me, then redirected me to my Profile Page. Nothing had changed, so I decided to scroll all the way down to the Links bar and clicked the "Block layout" link that was down there. I was thanked again and redirected to my Profile.

Everything was still the same. The two block links looked exactly the same. So here's the issue:

I have no idea how to unblock my layouts. I have checked everywhere I can think of and I have found nothing. The next step was to make a help thread, so here I am. Help me.

Go to your Edit Profile & Settings page. There should be a section near the bottom for blocked layouts and it will have a list of all the people who you've blocked and a link next to their name that says Unblock.

It solved my problem so I relayed it to Ken and it solved his problem. Everyone is happy, so you can close this if you want. Thanks for the help.
