None of the RGR games that I know of can do multiplayer. There might be a few exceptions if you can set two characters to play on the same keyboard. There isn't a way that I know of for two people on different computers to play multiplayer.

Yeah it just doesn't seem realistic to have a multiplayer system for the game. This would mean they would have to do the same for every other game and although i may not be a computer programmer who knows what it would take to do that, it just doesn't sound very realistic.
