As a young boy, Link is tricked by Ganondorf, the King of the Gerudo Thieves. The evil human uses Link to gain access to the Sacred Realm, where he places his tainted hands on Triforce and transforms the beautiful Hyrulean landscape into a barren wasteland. I have no idea. This is weird and happening to me too after playing it in the RGR earlier on my friends account earlier.
Does it normally work on the N64 cartridge? I wouldn't know, haven't played in years. |

I remember having a similar problem in majora's mask. The advice that I got that worked the best was to first activate the lens of truth, then open the start menu. I hope that helps.

Haha yea I had this problem too. Unfortunately I never got the lens to work, I just spent a lot of money and time trying to win the old fashioned way. >_

When I played through the game, the Lens of Truth wasn't working perfectly, but it did work to some degree. It did show through the fake walls in the Shadow Temple, but the power of the Lens wasn't displayed through the Lens. It was more off to the side.
danielbelitch : I don't think you can beat the game without the Lens. There's a Poe in the desert that you need to follow in order to reach the Spirit Temple. You can't follow that Poe unless you use the Lens of Truth to see it. Fortunately, the Lens does work to some degree, so you should be able to beat the game. Questions have been answered. Is everyone all set with this thread so I can close it? |
