I slept in the shade and woke to flakes of frost on a shattered wind.
I dreamed a dream of years gone past. Suicide anniversary.
The day when we weren't enough.
And I hid. With eyes filled with the shame of the last belief.

That things would be okay.

She wept.
And screamed as women in white rushed through the rooms.
Disturbing my hidden slumber.

He thought of the child.
The other child.
In his mind, he reacted to the tragedy that had not yet occurred.

And the little boys slept.
One had never been awake before. And wouldn't ever.
The other wouldn't want to.
So he dreamed a dream, lucid and long forgotten.

yea it is sad but that is half the point, the other is half (for me) is analaylying why words can have such a strong effect on me and what meainings do the feeling have.
