DayQuil, NyQuil, lots of liquids, Gatorade (it has electrolytes... like Pediasure), avoid dairy. I know that DayQuil makes a mucus control formula that might help with the stuffy nose.

But yeah, stay warm and try to rest. Hope you feel better soon.

When ever I get colds I just sleep all day, and eat A LOT. It's usually gone in a day or so, but then again I never get sick and when I do I recover fast.

You should try to consume as much hot stuff as you can.

Hot tea, hot soups, anything hot will help the congestion. I do it all the time and feel better....

Also, take cold medicine, like Mucinex (My personal med) ... that clears the congestion in your chest and the nasal congestion.

Eat some chicken noodle soup and get lots of rest. That's the best advice I can give, aside from the usual 'eat healthy so your body can fight off the infection better' line. Most of the advice on this page is reasonably valid. Good luck getting better quickly.
