I'm interested in hearing what people have tried, because I myself am now beginning to lift weights. Currently am trying Whey Protein, & Muscle Milk. Most of these products seem to contain the same ingredients.

I've found Isopure to be the best protein powder for your money--it has 50 grams of protein per scoop, whereas most others have only at most around 25 grams per scoop.

So it costs about the same as other protein tubs, but will last longer--if your taking the recommended dosage per day of about the equivalent of around 20 pounds less than your current body weight, or up to the equivalent of your total body weight--just depends on your program. But I'll take three scoops per day and weigh 165 ( the ratio of 150 grams to 165 pounds; the equivalent of 15 pounds less to grams of my body weight).

Well it only has 10 fat-calories per scoop, and 0 grams of sugar, plus it includes loads of vitamins--just be sure to know the max amount of vitamins to take if you're currently taking any multi-vitamin or performance enhancers.
