It's not that simple. The original programmer has to go back and change the prices in every Mart, then it has to be loaded up to Vizzed again. It sounds short, but it can actually take a while. For my first hack, I spent a few hours just on Pallet and Viridian. They would have to go through the entire game changing the prices and decide whether or not to go through again to place random Master balls.

I can't see the RGR staff going through that trouble just for cheaper Pokéballs in a single game. I'm just saying you shouldn't hold out for them. Sorry.

If you don't like expensive Pokéballs, you probably wouldn't like Pokémon Ash's Quest. Everything was overpriced. Pokémon AshGray is okay though.

You may want to try and just beat the game the original way which is play it. I am doing that right now in pokemon crystal on my GBC. The sad part is I can't get pokemon like gengar or alakazam unless i buy another GB and a link cable for like $60. Not sure about playing it in the game room though, I did a while ago and didn't play for a couple days and my saved material was gone so I never used it again.
