If vizzed can get enough people, i will make the vizzed soldat tortomate. But first of all, let me tell you about soldat.

Soldat means soilder in many different languages.
Soldat is an action game, with the 2d look of worms (but there people).
It even runs well on my 28.4kbps dialup .
It has a wide variatey of bots, and you can even create your own.

What i plan to do is, every month, run a vizzed soldat tortamate. The winner will recieve a free copy of soldat (payed by me), but if the winner already has a registed copy of soldat, they must win 3 times in a row to get a free copy as a gift for someone.

Heres a fun game mode,

turn all weapons off except for the chainsaw
then add 15 bots host it on the net and get as many people as possible to join. Use a small map like Bridge or Arena2 and watch the blood fly!!!

It sounds pretty interesting. Never heard of it. I might try and play it. So...dang, in another game I'm going to be called a newbie....

Holy crap...that's kinda weird I thought trusted members couldn't double post in the first place. Anyway Soldat always gave me a good laugh especially when you kill someone and their head bounces all over the level.

Celeron 1000 (1ghz)
174mb ram
No graphics cards (on board)
No sound cards (on board)
With a 56k modem, only ever connecting at 26.4

And it works fine
Just dont have to many bots.

I played it and it lagged like heck. But I have a broadband connection. I need to bump down my settings but now I can't reset them, can't find where I reset them. Start > All Programs > Soldat > Setup.exe (its a shortcut, but you get the picture....)

Or i just run

*SOLDAT INSTALL DIR*setup.exe
C:Soldatsetup.exe (Default)
