I'm surprised that you're even asking that question. Vlad the Impaler would definitely maim Napoleon and put his head on a stake. Napoleon was a great military leader, as well as a very unstable person, but he's nowhere near the monster Vlad the Impaler was.

Glyphomancer : Napolean had one thing Vlad didn't the Grapeshot (imagine shotgun fused with cannon). Both were amazing military leaders Vlad had ruthless tactics and Napolean had better weapons and used propoganda to heighten others' opinions of him. This battle isn't as straightforward as one might think.
