Over $30 dollars of Tax payers monies goes on interpreters, I say we need them, I could not stand if if someone died because of a false diagnosis and the money that we pay the workers filters back into the system through tax paying and spending anyway, not like the money we pay big business that gets squireled away in Switerland.

In the US I am not so sure how that works. THey probably just track down a DR. that happens to speak that language. I have never personally seen a interpreter at a hospital.
