This poll is for picking the best type of power you think there is. If you have any questions about this, or just wish to discuss the different types of power, feel free to post here. I personally think solar power is the best, because there's usually a lot of sun. Sure, you might not get much during winter or cloudy days, but that would teach us to be more conservative, which I'm sure everyone could use a lesson in, including me.

There's problems with all of these. The sun is not always out. There's not always enough wind. Everyone seems to be afraid of nuclear power. A combination of these plus other methods must be used to be at least a little successful.

I like tidal power. There is so much energy available from dams and tidal power plants that we should use. It's clean, it's easy to use, it's less like to kill birds (wind power) and if things get cloudy, it still works (solar). It can't blow up (nuclear power) and it works well.
