Short Answer:
You can't have a signature yet.

Long Answer:
Right now, the staff are the only users who can customize their layouts. Signatures are part of that temporary ban. There was an issue that caught David's attention that caused this ban. JigSaw is now working on a new layout system that is currently scheduled to be done in a week or two. When that is all done, David will probably make some announcement about the level/rank requirements for custom layouts and signatures. I think they used to allow users with 250+ total posts to have a signature.


If you remake a thread right after it gets closed, it might be spam. I'm not sure of the circumstances though.
