This error message comes up because of a save error with the plugin on certain games (mostly GBA Pokemon and DBZ games).
There is nothing extra you can download to fix it, but it should hopefully be fixed in the next plugin release.
You can still play the game though by following the steps below.

To pass the 1m sub circuit message, click on the game screen and press Z, X or Enter on your keyboard.
This will only work if you havnt changed your controls.
If you have changed them then press whatever you have set to the GBAs A, B or Start buttons.
You must make sure to click the game screen otherwise this might not work.

Also remember that to save your game press the F2 button on the keyboard and to load a save press the F4 button.
