Its no problem go to edit profile at the top left of the screen and click on it and you will see where you can edit your picture

Right now you can't. Because you're a newbie(user pictures are disabled for Newbies), but when you've become a normal member, then you can have one(note: After you've been a member for at least 7 days and have 10 or more posts, you become a Normal member).

By the way, I think this thread fits more to help forum, and not to video games. So I'll move it there
